1. Scope and who is responsible
This Privacy Notice applies to the public website operated by 山东钰鑫金属磨料科技有限公司 under the English-facing name Shandong Yuxin Metal Abrasives (“Yuxin”, “we”, “us” or “our”). For the personal information described in this Notice, Yuxin is responsible for deciding why and how it is processed.
Questions and privacy-rights requests may be submitted through our Contact page. Please do not include information that is not necessary for us to identify and handle your request.
2. Information we collect
We collect personal information that you choose to provide when you contact us, request a quotation or ask for a product recommendation. Depending on the request, this may include:
your name, business email address, telephone number, job role and preferred contact method;
your company name, country or region and other business-identification details;
product interests, model or quantity selections, specifications, packaging, destination, equipment, application, delivery objectives and other inquiry details;
the page, product or call-to-action from which the inquiry was started; and
the content of communications you exchange with us after submitting an inquiry.
The website does not accept inquiry attachments. Please do not place sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information or information unrelated to the business request in a free-text field.
When the website is accessed, our systems may also process limited technical and security information such as request time, requested path, browser or device characteristics, source or campaign context, request identifiers and controlled representations used to detect abuse. Security controls may derive non-reversible or limited representations from network information instead of retaining the original value in application records.
3. Why we use personal information
We use personal information to:
receive, assess and respond to quotations, recommendations and other business inquiries;
provide relevant commercial or technical follow-up and maintain a record of the business relationship;
operate, protect, troubleshoot and improve the website and prevent fraud, misuse or unauthorized access;
establish, exercise or defend legal claims and comply with legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations; and
measure website use when optional analytics is configured and you have given the required consent.
The legal basis depends on the jurisdiction and purpose. 4. Analytics and browser storage
Inquiry form content and direct contact details are not sent to our website analytics. Optional analytics remains disabled unless the approved analytics configuration is active and the visitor has granted consent. Essential browser storage may still be used to provide a feature you request, remember a consent choice, preserve a short-lived interface state or protect a staff-only administration session. 5. When information is disclosed
Access is limited to personnel who need the information for their role and to service providers that help us host, secure, maintain or communicate through the website. Such providers may process information only for the relevant service and subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality and security controls.
We may also disclose information where required by law, a binding governmental or judicial request, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, security and the integrity of our services. We do not sell or rent inquiry personal information.

An unsubmitted product inquiry list is stored in your browser until you submit it, clear it or remove the website data. Session-only interface data is removed when the session ends or after it has served its purpose.

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information submitted through the website may be at risk, contact us promptly through the Contact page.

10. Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the inquiry forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can assess and address it.

We may update this Notice when our processing, services or legal obligations change. The published date shown on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented in an appropriate manner before or when the revised Notice takes effect.
